Does anyone know if there's a bus to Leigh from Warrington bus station.?

I haven't been to LSV yet was just wondering if anyone used public transport last year?

There is a bus to Leigh but not sure what time it runs on a sunday or whether it passes the stadium. Check the Warrington borough transport website the 19 and 28 buses go to Leigh

Regular buses from Warrington bus station to Leigh bus station, 19 and 28. Stadium is a 10 minute walk from the bus station.

problem is that Sunday buses finish early (bloody WBT), you can get there but not home

I don't know if it helps but there is an arriva bus, number 34 that runs from leigh to newton-le-willows station on a sunday. Think there is also a WBT bus, number 120 that runs from the station @ newton to warrington. Both these buses run on a sunday although i'm not sure of times. If you do catch the 34 you don't need to walk all the way into leigh, you can catch it outside the car wash place just before the bridge into leigh and that should knock a few minutes off your walk. Hope this is of some help and i know how you feel as i also have to do the same journey sometimes when the wire play on a sunday although its the other way around.

The last 19 leaves Leigh at 17:10 so you should comfortably make that one after the game.

On another note: Does anybody have an idea when team news will be annouced for this match?
