Players are supposed to be professional, however King has been made a massive scapegoat for the performances of other players/the team, it has been mentioned on a different thread that all the boys played poorly but King was by no means the worst, despite this he is still targeted with with personel abuse by some "supporters" who do not know their rear end from their elbow. How much influence can he really have whilst playing on the wing and not receiving good ball. Not condoning his actions but tbh i cannot blame him |

He prob aimed it towards the fans who were getting on his back but every Wire fan there will take it as a insult and my guess is he will get a bad reception next time his name is read out. |

I agree.
I wasn't there today but I was told by people who were that he was made a scapegoat because he was the closest player to lash out at.
Do we all want him to play well? (I do). Then get off his back and let him get on with it without abuse.
You may all be ten times stronger than me but I can only speak for myself. If I was subjected to the stick he's had my confidence would be in my boots.
Give him a break. |
