This thread is a glaring an example as there can be of declining standards in the town of Warrington.
Not one of the chippys mentioned come anywhere close to teh standards set by The Kowloon before it changed ownership. Trading Standards should take action about the abomination that is currently trading under and off the name of The Kowloon.
