To answer Mass Effect's point - I assume Barmy Army relates to the group of 15 or 20 teenagers who wear silly wigs, dress as clowns and walk around with drums. Whilst I certainly wouldn't want to be associate with any of that silly bother, good on them for trying to create a bit of atmosphere.
