What a revelation that is! Surely that never happens, does it?

I thought we were all snarling nasty hooligans who beat up women and eat children? That's what the Wigan fans always tell us anyway, despite them running their own hooligan clan. Hull were great yesterday as were their fans, we were probably just chuffed as we didn't have to fork out for Wembley again, we spank Wigan every time we play them so gives the showpiece a closer game.

After this weekend, that mantle has been firmly placed with the Wigan Warriors fans.

Brilliant fans on thaw way back to the car, all standing and clapping on either side of us, shaking our hands.

Me and my daughter even got in a picture with some of the wire fans and the resounding message was "Now beat the F.....G Pies"!

I'm sure the lads will do their best, thanks for the friendship shown in what could only exist in Rugby league.

Had a good laugh with the Hull fans in the Gas Club pre match...It was a lot better when that fire alarm got switched off...

will say it again both sets of fans where a credit to there clubs, think we both sometimes get a rough deal from people, the way the wire fans clapped and backslapped us as we walked outside made me proud to be a rugby fan ,well done wire fans

After all the rubbish on here last week about people not going yesterday because they were scared of Hull fans etc what a load of rubbish that turned out to be, not that I expected otherwise. Before the game we went in Ricky's Bar and must have been outnumbered 50-1 yet had a great laugh with the Hull supporters with lots coming to shake our hand and say good luck etc.



Did anyone see that stupid woman from Warrington with a water pistol in the pubs before hand? Soaking all and sundry then getting all y when people told here where to shove it, couldn't make it up!

Have to say after walking back after the game to our car, we were walking past all the coaches with you guys setting off, and several of you waved and gave thumbs up, which was admirable given losing in such a close tense game.

But I'd like to give a special mention to a young Wire lad in a coach who looked I'd say maybe no older than 5 who looked at me and just gave a little thumbs up.
