Somebody posted earlier that the HJ doesn't meet the FA requirements so can't be used due to safety rules. I wouldn't know if this true!

.... I would suggest that if Cantilever Park passes those FA 'requirements', then the HJ might just be able to?? ....

Well it meets UEFA standards (well half of it does) so I cant see it failing national FA rules. It would not be allowed to stage a top flight league game but an FA cup is not an issue.

I wouldn't foresee a problem - Visiting fans could be given their allotment in East stand seats. Segregation would be achieved by using stewards either side of those fans, lowering the capacity by around a thousand to make this possible.



The rest of the seating in the North stand and all the standing areas could then be available to home supporters.... I think with interest increasing at a massive rate, if Town get another high profile home tie, then they would be crazy to refuse the chance of making a real financial killing from this cup run.

HJ used to stage Liverpool reserve team games, 10000 or so there against Man U I think

Hear, Hear! Great to see Shaun Reid shouting "Karl..... Karl...... Karl....... Get on with it!" to the keeper following his brave 'edge of the area' stop after which he was injured! Grass roots sport at its best!

I go to some of the games, its to have something to do locally and cheaply when the rugby season is closed. Just hoping more people go after this win!
