What worries me as well is that Smith had no explanation and seemed to have little comprehension or idea of why we performed like that.

All I ever hear now is "Our execution needs to be better".

Who comes in?

Saints fans didn't know when they released Cunningham of his duties. They appointed an interim management structure and assessed applications and contacted the agents. No reason why we could not do the same. You don't need to have the solution before you remove the problem.

I see two possibilities here,



1. The tales of recurring dressing room bust ups between coaches who demand style A of rugby, and players who want to play style B.



2. The players have realised that top four is beyond them and are saving it for the challenge cup.



And no doubt niggling in the background is the vast amount of cap awarded to a certain few non performing players, coupled with the fact that certain players know they won't be retained next season.



What a mess.

Who cares who comes in now? So what if it's Agar to move to head coach? We're going backwards with Smith but we're not bad enough to go down, so take the gamble; get rid and see what happens with the remainder of our season being risk free. Worst case scenario we get another average coach for next year. At least we'd have tried something.

I saw a Wire team that were good enough to get themselves into a position to score and making leeds look poor....but the finishing let Warrington down, in there I lay the blame at Agar, I don't blame that on fatigue, but the high amount of tackling Wire did over that first half did play it's part on a terrible second half.



Finishing 3 or 4 of those bombed 5 chances would have sent us home beaten but with a score that would have satisfied us they tried.



We have played far worse with less excuses than what we had on the first half. Im going for a good win at home.

Out record away has been abysmal, 1 win,but at home very good.

He will ....it wont get looked at til after Salford game. Likely to miss Hudds game who we play after they get a week off.

Pretty dire performance ,was Brown playing at right centre ? Our attack in the opponents 25 is worse than ever ,possession being turned over too easily ,ball carriers running round like headless chickens, countless penalties, lack of support play & it is pretty poor when 2 of the players with most go forward are the wingers. We could easily finish up in the middle 8s ,we are dire at the moment.

Absolutely terrible, our problems are all in attack we aren't dangerous. The opposition soaks up pressure and then wait for our defensive mistakes. We aren't improving at all. Brown was terrible, again and he wasn't alone. I'm tired of the level of performance. It's time for some changes in coaching, no signs of improvement and it shouldn't be that difficult to be better than absolutely poop.

It's just the league points system that's not working in our favour. A team should be awarded 2 points for a win and 3 points for, quote, "training well all week". That's what is really important, not results.



I'll set up my own league table and we'll be sitting comfortably at the top. Something to frame and put on the wall to look at next season before setting off for an away game at Swinton.
