Its free parking and beats yours for spaces hands down, so arrive early.

The Arriva 34 St Helens to Leigh, via Newton-le-Willows, bus doesn't run on Sundays. It only operates between St Helens and Newton-le-Willows.

Push bike it, I used to do that in just over 40 minutes when i lived in Higher Green and worked in Warrington.

28 from padgate station at 12:35 gets in Leigh at 13:11

Walk to ground

Walk to bus station after match

Get 19 back to bus station at 17:10

Back into bus station at 17:48.

Walk home.

And how full was the stadium last year? and the car park was chocker, and despite it being full the car park attendants were still letting cars in and sending them round the back of the stadium causing a backlog you couldn't get out of.
