Imo he must rank 1 of our worst all time signings.Would love to know what our scout saw in him what we've not.He must have been drunk when he offered Asotasi a contract.

I've been watching since mid to late 80's, we've had some garbage play for us, but in relative terms i think he is the worst.



In the past we've been in the 'beggers can't be choosers' situation, sometimes got lucky...Langer and sometimes...more than i'd like to mention we had some right dross.



Considering our recent seasons form and the financial clout we have, Asotasi is easily the worst signing we've made.

Didn't we have Matt Sturm for about 5 years & representing the club as a loan player in various other lower divisions.

He was on a 3 year contract, only played for us a handful of times, he map actually quite good at Huddersfield, but overall, just an alright player, but we had several handfuls of alright players and some Shit ones and Shit coaching IN 02.



Had we picked him up another year he would've been a reasonable cheap squad player

Defiantly not the worst, nobody tops Andy Currier.

Even Warren Stevens at least made an effort.

Neil Parsley?

Parsley only played 1 match for us I think - an came from a lower division club. I don't think he had a reputation as such.



I think As-it-easy was hired based on reputation alone. A reputation earned several years before.



Craig Teitzel was a big Aussie who came here and did sod all from memory. (And Dave King)

Don Duffy ?

Steve Georgallis ?

They all did more than Fogerty

I've said it before and I'll say it again, Dave king was a second row that we played as prop, due toinjuries, he got spell in the back row just before the seasons end and was pretty good.





GeorgiaLlis was just also getting into some form when he got a season ending injury.





Mike Ford was a let down, I doubt many people remember us signing him in the centenary season, when Mackey went back to Australia. He was shot as a player and his confidence was gone

The difference is that all the above mentioned didn't have the ability whereas Currier did, the thief!
