I think things are looking up. We've suddenly gained two backs with real pace and running ability (Russell & Penny). Athough we have got some very clever players I have thought for a while that we've lacked a bit of umph. Lovely jubbly!

Look forward to seeing the young lad, cant really remember him at the pies or hull so will reserve judgement until I have seen him in the flesh!

Dont know about his kicking game but he looks like a born No. 9. A very exciting prospect and a shrewd signing once again.

Don't really see him as a 9. In this 'video' he runs a lot out of dummy half but he clearly doesn't have the instincts of a hooker, he isn't directing play or looking for the pass. If you want speed out of acting half you could play pretty much any winger there and hope for the best. His ability to bully his way over the line and hit the line at speed clearly make him a back, how good at playmaking he is will dictate whether he's a full back, a winger or a centre.

Being dynamic from dummy half doesn't mean he has fully grasped when to distribute instead.

At first view, I would defo play him at 2, I would consider him for 4 if Bridge isn't fit.



I wouldn't waste a guy with so much energy and speed at 1.

From that Youtube video the guy looks immense. Lets hope he gets regular 1st team games to use that explosive pace against tiring forwards!!!

I liked him & wished he had stayed @ Hull.. I thought that he was a fine player. He made the odd mistake but so do most other rugby players. He is fast, a good attacking player, young & British. I think that you have made a good capture & will be pleased that he is a Warrington player.

BJB isn't a centre and i dont think he possess half the handling and skill as Bridge, although he is quicker.

The truth and something that's blatently obvious doesn't matter to Padders.

And neither is Russell.
