| Quote Seth="Seth"What about the awful decision to allow widdops try off the forward pass from Lineham?'"
Both linesmen and the referee couldn`t keep up with the play owing to the speed of the Wire players involved.
They were so far behind, that it was impossible to call a forward pass.
One of the linesmen looked so unfit, that there must be a question regarding whether he has the speed for a Super League game

| Quote I watched a bloke take to the field last night that wouldn't do justice to a top amateur side...
Luther effing Burrell...
Luther Burrell shouldn’t be anywhere near the team, his chasing back or ambling for one of their tries was a disgrace. Let’s not forget the book has to stop with Price. Burrell doesn’t pick himself. Linesman and ref weren’t fit for purpose last night, blatant forward pass for Lineham try. Two tries for Toronto with the one near half time with the man stood behind the play the ball, however we need to be smarter in those instances, play the ref, if we hadn’t picked the ball up, we would have got the penalty. The most disappointing part of last night was putting the cue on the rack when 16 nil up, then back to 5 one up hits and a kick on the last. Price saying today that Toronto have the most offloads in the league, surely he knew this coming into the game, then why didn’t we control it? Also saying we are learning as a team. This is the same team he had last season barring Widdop and Ashton. Excuses are wearing thin Mr Price. Time for action and not all these sound bites the fans are fed up of. Hill back next week. Time for Burrell to go out on dual registration learn his trade at Widnes expense, not ours. If then he isn’t good enough for Widnes in the Championship then we will know to cut our losses before he counts on the cap.="I watched a bloke take to the field last night that wouldn't do justice to a top amateur side...

| The wins will come for Toronto. They were toe to toe with Wigan last week for about 60 min until Wigan scored from a quick restart. That was when they were struggling to field a team and SBW was back in NZ.
Last night the game turned after Toronto scored when it looked as though The Wire should have had a penalty (obstruction at the playthe ball), however, Toronto had already bombed a couple of oportunities by that stage.
If they can get some bodies back then they'll pick up a few wins, maybe even take a big scalp. Whether they stay up will be down to how others, such as Hull KR, go on

| Quote Grandtour="Grandtour"Rubbish. Price doesn't take to the field of play, defend, attack, dictate the game etc. The quality squad we have does this.
You're not telling me that players aren't coached to play with such a rigid and flair-less game plan? Such international standard players surely have licence to play with "eyes up" and play what they see.
Price = scapegoat with KF right up there with him.
Look at the players on the field too. They have a lot to answer for.'"
The first word of your post perfectly summed up the rest of it.

They moved the ball well and played with some confidence. They could’ve won last night. I think they looked like a super league team and enjoyed watching them for the first time.

| Burrell is going to have to show massive improvement soon or he’ll go down in Wire folklore history as one of the biggest waste of spaces in a long line of duds we’ve signed and whoever is responsible for his signing wants sacking with immediate effect.

I’m 99.99% certain that he’s here because Simon Moran was a big fan of his back when he was in his prime at Union (before Burgess displaced him).
However, that was seven years ago. Despite the fact he’s not costing us on the cap this year I feel there is pressure to get some return on the investment by blooding him to get him some top-level game experience. He seems like a super bloke who’s working really hard but if he isn’t cutting the mustard I want the best squad fillers we have on that bench.
I have a sneaky feeling he will continue to play though... again it comes down to how much the club really want to win the GF rather than just exist as a popular sporting club with good attendances and a fancy ground.
