now if I'm not mistaken every single player in the 22 man squad had already played international rugby. I think there was only one player who hadn't previously played for 'England' and that was Danny Brough (and he was forced to pull out).



Atkins, Bridge, Briscoe, Carvell, Crabtree, Cudjoe, Graham, Hall, JJB, Morley, Myler, O'Loughlin, Peacock, Robinson, Roby, Shenton, Sinfield, Westwood and Wilkin (plus Brough) have all played international rugby.



That would suggest you aren't telling the truth unless I've made a mistake and missed out someone obvious.

My only concern with Sam is that on the field he can get a little greedy. I think some of the posts about being him stuck up and arrogant are a little unfair. He does interact with other players on twitter and he is always willing to sign autographs and take pictures with fans. But sometimes i think during a game he does get a little too big for his boots and i wouldnt be surprised if someone does react to his behaviour imo.

He's a cracking player and will be for years to come but he has to eradicate his cheating and childish antics out and basically grow up a bit.

So they didn't even socialise with the other Wigan players in the squad? Even though the Wigan players in the Knights squad are some of their closest mates given that they've played and training together for years. And he was fine with the players in the full England squad as had been established. Sounds like the issue is with this unnamed player to me.

Iv known him on a personal level for years and hes never changed. Hes still one of the lads and has time for anyone and everyone. All this hes up his ar*e etc. Is rubbish.
