According to todays excellent Daily Mirror the Owner of Salford Dr Koukash has announced plans to break the salary cap ,if the rugby League don't do away with it, apparently he can't wait to start winning trophies, and He points out that some other Clubs (I can't think who he must mean.) are already breaking the rules so He intends to do as He pleases, now I know that the R.F.L. are absolutely clueless in how to run the sport, but surely we can's have this guy diving in with his money and dictating things like this can we

Maybe they should get him to give Des Johnson a call who broke the salary cap rules and went on to knock Barrow out of the championship and get himself a ban from the game for 8 years. I don't see what the difference is in what the DR is trying to suggest.

Well the biggest example of rule breaking kept Wigan up in 2006, and they got away with it...........

ther are a million and one ways to break the SC legally,bonuses,loyalty payments etc it just sounds like the Dr wants to do it in the open for all to see,why is that a problem?
