It is true and is due to us not hitting the income levels we expected - the losses to Batley in the NRC semi and to Sheagles in the playoffs are still causing us headaches now!

My thoughts as well.
The breach occurred during the 2010 season and was caused by the club's inability to reach anticipated levels of income.
How will they stand on this in the current season? Has squad spending gone down and income gone up? Or will you have the same problem next season.
Other than the NRC final i actually hope it dosnt fall apart at Leigh as i would rather have them top the league rather than the likes of Fev, Barrow, or Widnes. Its a poor do when im supporting Batley and Leigh. |

| The thing is though that at the start of every season you give the RFL audit team a breakdown of projected income , they check it and either say yes or no , so are they at fault ?
, what is bloody annoying though as well is the lost income through having all your best home games on the bloody telly on a thursday night , that must cost the club a decent amount over a season
