I will lay money the club I support will not breach the salary cap.



Us Leythers have always adhered to the games rules. We are special.

The salary cap is not legal under EU company law (Like wendyball FFP), there are no special laws for sports clubs. He will probably have to take it to the EU courts mind (like Bosman). Or is he playing poker with the RFL who may not have the guts or finance for the fight.......

Well although this might get me into bother with moderators first of all I have no idea why Tiswallace has been banned but I would like to know why because there are several posts on here I sometimes disagree with but so what ?



Aren't people entitled to their opinions even when you don't agree with that opinion ?



I am a great believer in free speech and when the day comes when everyone posts only those things they want to hear I think we would have a fans board which would soon become very boring.



I am a regular on here and I don't give a monkeys if people disagree with what I post. We all have our own views likes and dislikes and maybe if I was responsible for broadcasting the news on TV or radio I honestly think I would even have allowed anti European which Nigel Farrar spouts every time he is on TV or the radio.



I heard a successful UKIP councellor'when asked on TV recently when asked what UKIP stood for.



She replied we had to get rid of immigrants as Lincolnshire was swamped by them and the potholes needed fixing.

Tiswallace was banned because of a vendetta he had against me. This wasn't a simple 'difference of opinion', it was a full on vendetta. I wasn't the one who banned him but I was the one who requested that he be dealt with.



He was given numerous warnings but he chose to ignore the requests to moderate his behaviour until the mods had no other option but to issue him with a ban.



If you want to know more I suggest you ask him.

Frank i know him , he is a good bloke , believe me , he even organised a couple of our Racing tips comps , i have been through all his recent posts and find very little to be offensive , maybe a little suggestive , but nothing more .



In no way way is he anything other than a Leyther who speaks his mind , maybe some folk dont agree with him , but so what , id better watch my Ps AND Qs or i will be next .

The behaviour continued when he returned so he got a permanent ban.



My issues were with a small number of his posts and despite having this explained in clear terms, he continued to pursue the topic. Bans will be issued if a user continues behaviour they have been warned about. Very few warnings are issued, the average is lower than 1 a month.



And can someone tell me how any of this relates to Salford breaking the rules?
