No Brainer get him signed - he needs to feel loved. PR is the man to sort him out and get him enjoying his RL again. Look forward to seeing him in a Leigh shirt soon - about 5 weeks.

Sam is young enough to change and nurture as we are already seeing the benefits. His best years are still ahead of him.



Hock is beyond control and will never change and his best years are way behind him.

I wouldn't sign him.



However, if our Director of Rugby and Head Coach think we can use him then I'll back their judgement.

Don't like him, don't want him, don't need him.



Rather have somebody like TG or Sarsfield who would run through a brick wall for this club and their team mates. Wouldn't be happy to see somebody like Tommy or Haggy replaced by that moron in our 17.

Hock in Playing terms is on different level to anything we have or indeed anything our comp or outside the top four in SL has to offer.



I can't see any deal happening as I would estimate he's on at least twice Fui Fuis salery at Salford and to put it into perspective his current would be more than Derek and the whole of the BOM including myslef have invested to date in the club combined let alone on one player. I also doubt we have a great deal of room on the cap now either to acomadate another massive earner.



If Hock leaves Salford I'd see him going to RU the only way we could get him here would be by way of a massive severance deal and pretty much a write off of his existing contract by Marwan if he wanted shut so badly.



World class forward but an absolute liability and in a squad that's so together and tight knit like ours would you risk upsetting that balance and the apple cart???

Harrison was in my box with his missus (next to Derek's) he enjoys watching Leigh when he can and he lives in Pennington. Has nothing but praise for what the club are doing at the minute and did say he would love to play here in the future but he is loving following in his dads footsteps and skippering his home town team.
