One of our Lions fans has suggested the following for the Swinton side on Friday. This side would need little encouragement :



Mort; Reay, Armstrong, Gorski, Higson; Ainscough, Watson; Mills, McConnell, Morrison, Meekin, Wingfield, Cunniffe.



Very interesting selection i think although i would swap Gorski and Cunniffe round.

That side would obviously need no introduction to us Leythers and as you point out Riggy, wouldn't need any motivating. There are some talented players in that team. I imagine Steve will be sticking with the team that played so well against Batley? That side contained it's fair share of Leythers too, if not quite 13. Really looking forward to the match. Should be an intriguing battle. Let's hope everyone turns out to give this game the crowd it deserves.

I think you'd struggle for subs though, only having 13 ex-Leythers in your squad!

Beswick has to play 13 his kicking game in the first half was class. Hes not a halfback however I think loose would be his ideal position. Try Duffy at 9 and see how it goes!

Bibey is banned TV BOY. That is how I started the thread, saying that we would have to contend with his absence, so how did everyone reckon we should line up.

Apparently Russell is NOT in Wigans squad for Fridays game against Saints , so hopefully he will be in our squad for the Swinton game ,Charlie says Centurions 28 v Swinton 14 , but dont tell Marshy
