Great signing, what a fantastic player, the only thing I think he needs to improve on is his ball control and offloads.

In my opinion Alf Wilkinson was the best forward I think Leigh have had, his control of the ball and offloads was brilliant. Very underestimated Alf was.

i remember someone at fax doing the same.

He's been a good signing for us in all honesty.

Andy Mazey's said that Spenner is a full time player with us so all he'll be doing is smashing the gym & playing rugby for us brilliant

I'm not quite sure the beast that is Spenner could get any bigger physically but with his whole focus on rugby he will only get better & better

I can see him being utilised in the foundation, it's rather dangerous lifting weights alone (so some tell me anyway

the largest thing I lift these days is a fork and that's too often

) ) and there will be no one else for him to train with.

Beswick & Gardner are personal trainers maybe he could do something with them but if you go to a gym regularly & train hard you'll always find someone to train with & spot you. Put the fork down Fred
