I very much doubt that they would get planning permission to build a stand so close to the houses nowadays. They would have to buy the street.

Maybe their new director Mr Probiz could buy the street for Fev and then they could install a cantilever stand.

I was under the impression (and I may be wrong) that they own the land behind the railway end, and plan to have the new stand further back meaning they can flaten/lengthen the pitch using the funding they won last year. Presumably that would mean they could have the PO Road stand a sufficient distance from the houses.

Your spot on that is the plan. With the new stand being built we are moving the ground more towards the railway so the PO road end can be built on if needs be.

No we got 2 but if I'm right I think some of the 2nd stand got pinched. But we have the funding for the other stand if im not mistaken.

Got 2 × 60mtr stands, using 75mtrs at railway end and a 40mtr stand from family stand to railway end.

I'm getting giddy now!
