It'll be another season when the middle 8's will be far more exciting and intriguing than anything happening at the top, bar seeing if Cas can actually get some IMO deserved silverware when all's said and done.



You can feel it building watching the Leigh lads and the truly remarkable performance against Wigan made everyone sit up - yes there were two maybe tries, but once they had the bit in their teeth it was magical to watch. I don't think you can call it, but someone has to get into the top 8 and it could be Leigh.I suspect they will have to go through the pain of the middle 8, however the way they are playing now makes me more confident that they will survive

I've got to say I love the middle 8's and the excitement last year was up with there with any of the best games I've ever seen. Obviously we're coming at it from a different angle this year but it will still be as exciting.

How can you 100% assure anyone that Leigh will be in the Super 8's atomic

Does anyone agree with me that finishing 9th or 10th with the extra home match is preferable watching wise than the possible 7 meaningless games in the Super 8's?

I agree that it is,however, sustaining SL would be a priority, rather than a risk of being demoted.

we getting all technical if we was in super 8s we would be planning for next season in the SL with no chance of relegation. I hope we get in top 8 to secure are status would sooner play 7 nothing games that mean nothing than go to championship clubs for there cup final and chance of getting beat
