I do not expect DB for 1 minute to carry the difference, why should he - therefore we cannot sustain the planned budget. Getting salaries off gives us a chance of avoiding the inevitable |

Having players in the Championship Shield such as Pete and Hutchison on weekly salaries of £2k each for the next 7 weeks makes no sense for all parties.
Sad but that's the harsh reality of a squad that sadly has not delivered ( Pete apart, when on the pitch)
Of course Toulouse, London and Halifax still have to win on Sunday but everyone is a realist. Our fate is sealed, make no mistake. |

The biggest mistake (retaining Jukes for a season too long aside) was letting Ridyard and McNally leave. Beggers believe that two lads who loved this club, and could actually play rugby were binned off. Riddy especially - went unpaid for awhile in our darker days, rewarded with a cold shoulder and a p45.
