Superb result today - effort was there in spades. Given our high error rate and the subsequent pressure from the Wigan attack that we had to endure a fantastic team effort.



Agree that we have lots to improve on - but hey - played 3 - won 3 - and beaten two top 4 sides within that and only conceeding an average 6.666 points per game - WOW!!!



Special mention to Brett Ferres - awesome throughout and just shading a superb performance from Big Eorl who was also immense and changed the game when he came on.

Could be a year of we will score ten because we will only let them score 4!?

We put 40 on Saints, 34 on London and 22 on Wigan so pretty good, but if I had to settle for a 10-4 win, I'm more than happy

Just thinking it would be the mentality before kick off "you shall not pass" work hard in defense, work down the middle and take the points you can. Then in the later mins when the opposition is tiered of being dominated in the middle cut loose and run up the points, like we did against saints

I can foresee a problem of superstition from this 100% run. If I keep wearing the same "lucky" clothes so as not to jinx us I will be a tad uncomfortable by June

one of the big differences this season which baloo has sorted out is making sure we have a strong pack with props and not a bunch of second rowers.



last season we got beat down the middle to often and didnt give our backs a chance this season our backs look like they will have a chance to get into full flight.



but considering this is a transition stage an amazing start !

Hee Hee. Know what you mean. We walked half way ground yesterday to make sure we did our lucky prematch routine of buying programme from usual lady, and draw tickets from usual old dear.

Still seems to be working.

Anyone else have lucky per- match routines / clothes?

brough got caught a couple of times with the ball on the last tackle, didnt help with the pressure we had in the last quarter... maybe needs to stand abit further back but wigan did well to pressure him like they did

I wear my lucky pants! I think the problem in previous years may have been that the luck was washed out of them as the season progressed.......won't make that mistake this season!
