All the Giants need to do is stay in the game until the 45-50 minute mark, Giants pack should win the arm wrestle and the old faithful will buckle under the pressure defensively. Holes through the middle and ruck area, leaving spaces in the three quarters and I have n't got to the masterclass that is Brough.

Hopefully better conditions than last season but that plan worked then and probably could again this time though would be nice to kick on from the start and never let Hull have a sniff.



However lets not get OTT about Broughy as he didnt do much v London, was poor at times against Wigan, and in some ways can be too clever for his own good taking an extra sidestep and such like. Hopefully the Leeds game will be the norm from now on but lets not kid ourselves he has the perfect game week in week out but with a point to prove over England he should be fired up but hopefully channels that in the right direction.

Really looking forward to this one now. If we can back up last Fridays efforts with a good performance against hull then it will bode well for us going forward. As PA said we need to get up to play all teams not just the "top" teams. Am hoping for a stunning game from cudjoe- a couple of interceptions and a full lengther alongside his typical strong defence as according to some (obviously top coaching staff) on the hull board he's gash

I agree, people get OTT very quickly, thought yesterday he got the side around the park very well without any frills. The most impressive part of his game was is defence and had Arundel in his pocket (Key when you play the Aussies). Like you said, nicely fired up and seem to channel it in the right direction. Still wouldn't make my England 17 (Huge Lomax/Widdop fan - but only my opinion), but is knocking on the door in the squad. Was surprised in the first three sets you chose to run rather than kick.
