Wigan aren't rewarded for finishing 4th, they're rewarded for going away from home to the league leaders and taking their advantage from them. There are big flaws with this play-off system, but that, IMO, isn't one of the biggest. I suppose you can argue that your advantage was too easy to blow, but you still had it, you blew it. I'm not saying that to be provocative, but that's how play-offs work.



I liked the top 5 play-offs better. But that's a story for another time.

We still have an advantage on Thursday, we're at home and we play the lowest ranked team, lets hope we don't blow that advantage away.

Possibly Baloos first real test as we lost at points in the regular season but do not think even the Cup Semi defeat will be as much of a blow as last night and lets see who is willing to stand up and be counted next week to at least try to rectify some of the damage done.
