So after the abandoned game on sunday we try again v Halifax!



people going in the stand or on the terraces behind the posts?



think anderson will give the seniors longer game time for this one and a few youngsters maybe last 15mins or so?



what will he do at full back, sure he would have wanted to give grix, murphy and connor all a run out in that position pre season! also try out the half back combos with ellis and robbo hookers

I'm hoping everybody available will get a run out.



I hope Anderson's idea of a first choice line up would start the game and play most of the first half before the experiments start and we start to look disjointed and clueless.



Being our only pre season I expect everyone to put in a good performance and to be mentally switched on to try and earn a place against Hull FC.

I'm not saying go all out, just get the basics right and not get carried away in terms of skill.



I hope to god this game doesn't get called off or we get any injuries.

Looking on the bright side if it gets called off at least we won't pick up any injuries!

Halifax football game was off last saturday so not looking good and pitch is always liable to watterlogging.

Guess I'll be pleased either way. I think I've read that we've had practice matches with our experienced and youth combined throughout pre season. I know it's not battle hardening but hopefully if the game is called off then this will help us come the big day.

Disaster if this one if called off too!

Weather forecast to become warmer from Friday.

Sounds like they had a 13 v 13 full-contact game on Monday reffed by Ben Thaler presumably to mimmick the Bulls game as closely as possible.

and still looking for another friendly to play after the halifax game!

had new drainage put in last summer. this will put it to the test

sending a strong squad of 20 over to halifax sunday



the ones coming back from injury miss out plus new signing roberts which is a shame, few of the youngsters have missed out due to the bulls game being off.

Side on for me. Is Roberts injured or just not picked? Will maybe get a run out in the game v Wakey next Fri?
