If Penrith keep him in the NSW Cup, why not sign him up to partner William Barthau?
If the Broncos forwards do their job, Soward and Barthau will carve up the Middle 8s. |

God that would be like de javu all over again. We could play him at loose forward and leave Pewi and Barthau where they are. In fact you could play him anywhere.

If re-signing Jamie Soward doesn't put bums on seats ( especially those who have become somewhat lapsed - and I include myself in this number) then nothing will!
Come on Jamie son, you know you want to come back- and what about the challenge of getting London back up into SL?

Still signed to Penrith and Tony Rea (what's he doing these days?) was tantamount to getting Soward to play at the Stoop in the first place. Even for 1/3 of that season he remains a LB legend.

Saw and spoke to him briefly after his game in the reserves at the weekend.
Doubt he'd go back to London now they're not in SL, but you never know. Money, if we have any, talks.

We need x-factor players to add to current great squad, a top class stand off and a try scoring winger with Rhys.

Press in Australia claim he is being given an immediate release to come to England. Unfortunately after that bit the suggestion is its a Super League club on a 2 year deal.
