"better people make beter broncos" he has set new core values which will play a huge part in the re build and if players dont live up to them they are out! Change starts now and as long as Andrew is at the club he will turn it around...........the club and peoples opinions of it. He is backing himself, he has heart, passion and a will/want to make London a sucess. Not gonna happen over night. Let the change begin!

Ye Gods - can I survive the shock of us having people in charge who know what needs doing AND are prepared to do it? Also saying don't expect miracles, it'll take time.

Happy about the passion but a shame about the slur on McDermott, Powell, Rea, etc. One of these fellas is still an employee of the club.



Also, there were no where near 8 under-20s in the 18 on Friday night.

Mac was bought into the youth programme, probably more than anyone. I've seen him at Aldershot watching the youth on many occasions. I saw Mac at the Broncos v Leeds youth game in Aldershot last year with one eye Barry overseeing the Leeds youth. How many first team coaches would drive 200 miles to watch the kids.



Powell used to be at the heart of the youth so he was most certainly committed to it.



Sadly TR was never bought in to it.

Spot on. Whilst it is clear there are issues questioning whether Brian had any concern about the long term future of the club is plain wrong and he deserves better. The fact it took until he rocked up for any serious development work to happen is abysmal but it wasn't his fault.
