Obsessed much?



I believe that the 888 System is flawed, regardless of if Leigh, Bradford, Sheffield and London replace Salford, HKR, Wakefield and Widnes. I believe it's flawed because even with 1 million quid more in central funding, on its own it's not enough to turn a championship club into a SL club.

For the record, I still believe that nobody will be promoted this year and that's taking into account how crap Wakefield have been and how dominant Leigh/Bradford are.

and your opinion is that Gutters would be in a frenzy of excitement if nobody goes up? Not sure why you'd even have an opinion on this, but I am convinced you should maybe try to get out more

Oh well it doesn't look like the middle 8s are a concern now. So it looks more like the bottom 8 or should we just call them the releg 8s.

This season Broncos are full-time with the £780k they received from the RFL. If the Broncos don't make the top 4 and get to play in the middle 8 with the SL teams then the most they will receive from central funding next season will be £200k for finishing 5th, or the highest position of the bottom 8. Will that be enough to retain a full-time squad? The lowest figure for teams in the top four is £500k.

Who knows, depends how much the owner is prepared to pump into the club. We are probably only full time this year due to his financial input.

Off the park we've never been anything but amateur.....on the park I think we were last part time in 94....could have been 92.
