| Judicious use of social media means you can often get into those grounds for nothing at all.
I've blagged free tickets for all of the above & am off to QPR on Saturday.
So free entertainment vs overpriced tripe?
Only true believers will pay 20 notes to watch a team that is effectively third rate.

Still awaiting a report on how many attended "The Dive" tonight. I have seen some excited kids babbling on facebook as how they've nabbed their ST's, but other than that, nothing else as yet.

| 11 regular season home games, 3 home games guaranteed in the 888s, 4 if you can actually win. a 'premium' ticket is at worst £13.93 a game. The £150 ticket is £10.71 a game.
Hardly breaks the bank does it, but if you (generic) think that's a rip off that's your choice. You still want a full time team, you want the academy, you want a say in the club but asked to pay to watch the team and .....

| It was £17 to get in on the day at Keighley this season. "Professional" sport comes with expensive bills to pay. It's an open secret the better National Conference sides would generally beat the new southern professional teams but they typically play on railed off pitches and charge £2 to get in. Understandably they have no interest in going pro.
Broncos are in a tough hole. All the expenses of a professional operation and academy etc but with a support base that's basically had enough and has seen the match day experience / venue decline dramatically which will always cause challenges in selling the ticket as value for money. It's clear that David is reducing his financial commitment year on year through the next 3 years which doesn't exactly suggest much financial wriggle room exits either. That is against a background of David basically subsidising our season tickets for years - £99 in the Superleague was bonkers really.
Obviously it's a personal decision what go do and the level of disillusionment suggests these prices will be a hard sell. I expect to watch most of my rugby league elsewhere next season but the standing season ticket is cheap enough I may buy one and just rock up when I can.
It may be a lot cheaper in 2017 if low crowds in 2016 cause the Broncos to go part time and scrap the academy but I'm not sure many of us would want that.

| Odd how there are so many folk on this thread who have such an interest in season tickets, costs, etc who have previously stated they wont be getting one regardless. What do they say ' empty vessels make the most noise' ?

| We bought our season tickets last night. Upstairs with a really good view of the pitch.
Would not wish to worry those who were not there last night but many of the good seats have gone.
To be honest though, there as you are all well aware, not that many seats available anyway.
I can see away fans not being that happy with what will be available to them.

| I said I wouldn't be getting one without an apology for the data breach.
But the prices are steep compared to Skolars & the Broncos are only a whisker away from that playing level.
& in stadium terms they're already below.

| Now they have dropped the concession age from 64 to 60, suddenly find this a bargain for me. £120 is a good price for a reserved seat in the upper stand.
Still sad that the maximum number of satisfied customers will be 197 (those people in those 4 blocks at the top of the stand)

I know we are not a successful club, but this is rubbing it in that we now never can be.

I don't have a problem with the price but I can add just over £90 to it and have a ST at the Olympic stadium. I think I'll just limit myself to rocking up at the odd game next season, and standing pitchside- it'll be just like when I used to watch my kids play sports years ago.

Or pay £100 less for a ST at Skolars.
Too much water under the bridge for me after over a quarter of a century as a season ticket holder. My first year as a ST holder was while we were at Chiswick Poly Ground, which incredibly was possibly a better ground. Despite the hardships there at least the club seemed to be a club.
I am afraid what was said last night seems to have been more same old same old, which we have all heard before. Just lip service. Already we have seen the lack of concern for the supporters by the club choosing Sundays to play despite knowing of the difficulties faced to get to the ground on public transport.
I dare say I will go to the odd game, but Skolars, Hemel and amateur RL will all now take precedence.

| Is there really only only 197 seats??!! It must work okay if 3rd division (now second div) Ealing RU play there - anyone know their attendance figures? If you opt for pitch side standing I assume you can meander anywhere. Grim......
