Disappointed not to see Israel Eliab, but he has had no pre-season and he will not be used to a full-time set up. In the past he would have played off the plane, so this is probably a plus. Or he is a warm weather player and will only play in August LOl.

Good game, Halifax are a decent physical side, we touched it out. Wes's kicking a bot of a worry, but otherwise all good. Barn au is a class act, with the occasional cock up, but he is French so you have to love him......

Thought the boys did a really good job, no panic plays when they went 22-18 down, to be honest I thought they were going to blow it after that interception. On the plus side with the interception they did not give up the chase. Agreed the kicking was a bit disappointing, on the surface we are playing on think ace kicks should be pretty straightforward.
