Well Abdull needs to have the game of his life or rightly or wrongly fingers will be pointed!! He could of course still be left out of the 17 I suppose.

Abdull is a professional sportsman and always gives his best whatever the circumstance. It is an insult to the man for anyone to suggest otherwise. He may not be the world’s best halfback but his endeavour cannot be questioned.

I can understand suggesting Meadows but Ogden? In a game as important as tomorrow night’s?

My main, in fact my only hope with Abdull is that he’s had the crap game against Leeds and got it out of the way- and hopefully he’ll play a blinder tomorrow

Abdull is a total professional and I find the comments insulting to him. Have you already forgotten the awesome game he had the week after he signed for his new team. Players move clubs the same as we move jobs to further our careers. Their game playing career is a lot shorter than most of our working careers. If he had done an Akers I could understand the comments but Abdull and others have been totally honest with us

Have to agree with the last post though, to suggest he would give anything less than 100% against KR is an insult to the bloke. In fact I would think he would want a good game to show his worth to his new employers. Interesting though to know if his contract up there covers the event of results going against em, I hope so.

The point is that circumstance has put Abdull in the invidious position of knowing whatever he does, it could have a huge impact on his current or his future employers. Not sure that is fair on him.
