Any news on the coaching positions? Ie conditioning coach, not seen anything so are we to assume we are going into the most important phase of our preparation with no conditioning coach or Mike Forshaw?!
I appreciate MM has experience in the field but i would still like us to appoint an expert rather than run with our main technical coach running the preseason physical prep as well for reasons of workload alone.

I'd imagine MM will want the final say on any coaches brought in and would want to perform some face to face interviews when he gets here as well.
At the end of day if some of the rumours of midnight phone calls between MM and SW, letters to players & Vievers looking for a new job are to be believed then I’m sure plenty of work and thought has gone into the new coaching structure already. |

Excellent news the sooner the better, no doubt plans have been formulated but like everything until everyones present and correct then these can't be put in place.
Look's like were just waiting on an announcement for the conditioners position but personally I'm not to worried because of McGuire's history in that area still it'll be nice when it's sorted, plus some new signings wouldn't hurt.
And Dave Nosey Parker into todays league weekly said that he'd heard McGuire was having problems in getting over here, just shows how much he knows.
Any word on who's going to be the reserves and u18's coaches?

The posts to be filled are likely to be announced by MM once he is here and spent some time at the club I'd have thought.
Just get the feeling this bloke will be very well prepared for everything and leave nothing to chance.
It's a long time to the start of the season but no time to pre season.
I reckon he'll have both dates highlighted with objectives to be met for both. Those objectives I'm sure will be met!
