I don't understand this one at all.
It looked likely to be a Sunday game when the Premier League fixtures came out with Wigan home to Chelsea on the Saturday - but Sky then selected that game for coverage, so it's a Sunday 1.30pm kick-off.
Are we now saying that we can't do Friday night games within a day and a half of a Latics home match?!

Stand to be corrected, but I presume the RFL wouldn't want the focus on the CC Final be partly deflected by a SL game the night before? |
