It all depends on the value Tuson wants salary wise. Wigan will have a figure they think he is worth and that's what they should offer.

I like Tuson he's a hard working player BUT I don't think he's big enough if we also have Farrell in the second row. If Tuson is happy to be a squad player at Wigans valuation then I agree he could be worth signing. However bear in mind he will be 24 years of age at the start of next season so may not be able to go out on loan.

One factor that might have a bearing is Lockers' long-term future, depending on how serious his injury is. Tuson might have to cover at #13 until Burke comes through...

You cant keep them all and I dont think Tuson at Wigan justifies the salary that he can presumably get as a starting player elsewhere. He will always be a bench/squad player at best at Wigan and he doesnt offer anything that Farrell and Hansen dont.

Hansen and Lockers ghave missed big chunks of this year, that is why Tuson is invaluable. He has started a large amount of games this year and is a 1-17 regular. We must keep if we can.

Agree but I also think Hansen for all his fine defensive qualities offer little in attack, he rarely makes a break or even draws defenders to slip a pass.



Pettybourne next year may offer something a little different (assuming he plays at 2nd row) because it is needed at present

Defensively Hansen is second to none and worth his weight in gold. In attack he's very limited. In fact he's only got one move - cutting back inside. It's very predictable and means the ball generally has to bypass Hansen just to ensure it reaches the backs.

I think hes more likely to go to salford than stay with us, especially after they failed to sign hansen



The situation hasnt changed at wigan he isnt going to start many games

Wane has said in the WEP that its unlikely he'll stay at Wigan even if his Wakey move falls through. He says his heart is set on leaving and we have already signed replacements in Pettybourne and Hopkins.



He does say he's in talks with other clubs, I'd guess at a move to Salford or Widnes but he's the type of player I could see Huddersfield or Wire being in for. He'd face the same issues at those clubs as he would here though.

He's been a reliable, consistant player all season.

A good squad player, and that's what we need in order to rotate. It also keeps our other fowards on their toes, knowing that when their form dips, that there's someone capable of not only filling in, but taking over, their place.

Providing we're not talking (nor he expecting) 'silly' money, then we should give every effort to retain his services.
