No doubt about that. His best days have been at Wigan and whilst he's not the player he was he's still worth a raft of points to us.



It's probably more emotional to see him leave then Tomkins in a lot of ways. He's been playing for the first team longer, had a stinker of a first year here but came out the other side to become one of the fans favourite ever overseas players and seems a really top bloke. He even found time on Saturday in his post match interview to thank all superleague fans (not just Wigan) for making his time so special.



I do feel the time is probably right though.

Either he's a strange, strange man or he's trying to convey that he thinks it's all a conspiracy and his team have been set up by the officials. Ian Millward used to do it too.



Agree about the Richards try - I thought the whistle had gone.

I can't think of one unsavoury incident in all his time here, never one to start / attract trouble, was hard but fair. A genuinely nice bloke on and off the field, he even had time to give Monaghan a tap on the shoulder just prior to him being stretchered off. From reading these forums he's one of the very few Wigan players that opposition supporters like and respect.

I too thought it was forward - don't know why as I was at the other side of the ground. Think it was the way all the Wire players just stopped.

I was a bit confused for both Pat and Blake Green's tries. Neither of them did much of a celebration! I didn't know whether either were tries or not so just stood there bemused.
