I was under the impression he's receiving some coaching form Rads. I would certainly say elements of his play are Rads like. |

He's found his position but to me can look shaky at times. I'm expecting a coach to really test him with the high ball before the end of the season.
But he has come on a bomb (oo er) and if carries on learning from Rads should be top draw next year.
Shame he's not English though
