correct.
joined from Stains, left to do a season apiece at Bradford and Widnes, then came back.
my biggest memories of Brian Hogan were in his amateur days when he played for Blackbrook?....his fights with Boyd and Ashurst ( Rose Bridge) were legendary, and if memory serves me right carried on into the pro game.
didnt he get sent off at Central Park along with Boyd after a bit of biff? |

You misunderstand me. He did leave to go and play at Salford. I am also fairly sure he came back again a few years later. |

Colin Clarke did go to Salford for a short spell before returning to play for Wigan. I am fairly sure that Geoff Fletcher also left Wigan and returned.

Colin Clarke played 12 games for Salford in 76/77 before returning to Wigan for his second stint in 77/78 season.
What about John Stephens? Came back for a few games after a couple of years out of the pro game, having left Wigan years before.
