Agreed. I think if IL isn't prepared to dip into his pocket to sort out the problems at HIS club, maybe he has taken on too much. |

why was none of this noble rubbish spoke last week when we beat salford.i know why because all wigan fans are fickle and think its an easy fix to sack the coach, just wait till the end of the seadon again when you start turning out in your hundreds, because you may think me might get to a grand final

I think you will find a lot of fans still questioned noble..salford are one of the few teams worse than us..we have played 8 won 3 only leeds could be excused as a team better on paper....the rest we should have done a lot better..bradford was good but look how poor they have been this season..I fully expect them to pass us in the league sooner rather than later.
If you think Noble is the coach to lead us to better things then I hope your right...I have my doubt's.

i think noble may have taken us as far as he can and can't really see us challenging this year or next if hes in charge. however he is a good coach. who could we realistically replace him with that is better. id love the whole edwards /farrell thing but it just isn't going to happen. i personally think justin morgan is one of the best in sl but lenaghan would have to pay a club some serious dollar to prise away a top coach

Why talk of the Saints and Cats matches when we play Barrow next?
I think Barrow will worry us. If they beat us imagine then facing Saints?
If the unrest in the camp is true what better way of getting Noble out than losing to Barrow?

We are only 8 games into a new season and hopes of a grand final place have gone, so the challenge cup is probably our only realistic chance of a trophy this season. If they blow that at Barrow it does'nt bare thinking about.

I dont think there is a hope in hell of winning the challenge cup with this current set up. Losing to Barrow could be a blessing in disguise. |

| You could be right but if you look over the past three seasons, Hudds, Cats and Hull all made it to the final with very average squads not playing well in SL.
I know they all lost but it just goes to show it's the luck of the draw and a trip to Wembley would go down well ............ even if we did get beat. Althought you never know with a one off game.

| There aint no bigger fan of Wigan than Mr Lenaghan and thats whats baffling as to why there isnt any drastic action being taken.
Weve been tactically woeful in every match bar the Bradford game, lets not kid ourselves here, the rugby's pi$$ boring, i was actually bored at the game last night for the first time ever...
Somehow though, im struggling to comprehend Mr Noble getting sacked, it seems it just aint gonna happen  |

That is not acceptable and looks very likely to happen
IL doesn't seem to think there's anything wrong though and Noble's job looks pretty much safe and I have that little confidence in him that I think Noble will get a contract extension as long as we make the 8 |
