Last season, particularly at the start, we snatched victories from the jaw of defeat. This season, the desire to keep going until the 80th minute and snatch a win isn't there, and we have faded away quite often in the 2nd half of games.
If its down to the players thinking they can just turn up and win, then its down to the coach to remove that idea.
If its down to the coach telling the players that they can just turn up and win, then its down to the Chf Exec to remove that idea.
If it is fatigue, then its down to the training methods.
If its down to other sides being fitter, then its down to our training methods.
If its down to our players not being as good as the ones they replaced, then its down to the recruitment team for not acquiring better players.
If its down to other clubs having better players, then its down to the recruitment team for not signing better quality.
Someone needs to take a good look at all these areas and sort it out for next season. If that results in on and off-field cliques being broken up and/or shown the door, then so be it.

Amazing last week was we need to win 7 games now its only 6.
I totally agree we are done for and its time for some to be realistic now. A month or more gone since we have had most back and performances are not as good as top 6. Reality is we are going to finish 7th and that is where we deserve to be. |

Agreed. Add to a potentially poor showing in CC Final, I think as painful as it will be, it's hopefully what is needed for some changes to be made. |

Personally, I think this game between us both is like a knock out game on Friday.
The winner stays in the hunt with a chance of top 4, the losers season is completely over in regards to making the 4.
We are potentially without Leroy Cudjoe who was seen on crutches this weekend at the food & drink festival which will mean we will be suspect out wide.
However, we will be fresh in the back row with Ollie Roberts, Dale Ferguson & Michael Lawrence all available who missed the Wakefield game.
Our defence has been good of late and have conceded just 30 points in the last 4 games so its makes for an interesting game.
