Cardiff in Feb, no thanks, been to Cardiff twice, the first Murrayfield but not this year, expensive, cold, no atmosphere in stadium, stadium too far out, scrap it.

totally agree. was debating about whether to make a holiday weekend for the magic weekend or for Catalans...problem solved if its in Cardiff in feb!

I've been to all of the magic weekends and always enjoyed the occasion if not the results. However I will not sit for two days in Cardiff in February.



The clubs need to petition the RFL to top this stupid idea before it gets off the ground. It maybe an idea for us all to e-mail our clubs to tell them of our thoughts.



Surely the RFL must have e-mail addresses, post codes and / or telephone numbers of people who have bought tickets for big events before. Why have they not consulted the fans?

Totally Agree. I have been to them all and really enjoyed Cardiff and maybe not as much Edinburgh but there is no way I am going in Febuary.. It was cold enough in Edinburgh this year to dampen the atmosphere.. It will be even worse in Febuary. If they are going to do it in Febuary make it local.



How many people will have the money needed to finance a trip in Febuary so close after Xmas?

I dont know where the hell they dream these ideas up, they are utterly clueless. If you offered up the free weekend in the season and did a poll on RLFANS on what they should do with it i bet the ideas on here would make a lot more money than these idiots!





Murrayfield this year was stupidly cold. I been to sporting events all over the place but that stadium was so cold it was unreal. Even the people so ed that they couldnt see were complaining they were cold

Take it to South France in July !!!

Have it in Cardiff on bank holiday weekend and do the fixtures as the derbies for a few years untill the weekend really takes off.
