Scotland coach Steve McCormack is set to join Wigan after the World Cup, Wigan want him to work with and develop the clubs scholarship players. He is set to fulfil the role initially made for Sean Long, there will also be a role for John Duffy who has been a key member of McCormack's Scotland backroom staff.



McCormack currently lectures in sports Science at Warrington College and tutors players on Warrington books.

Think he's only taking the job on as I keep threatening to ban him from the supporters club if he keeps turning up in his Wire hoody.

Saying that. I'd probably have to ban him for his own safety if he turned up in a Wigan RL top

So the Welsh coach and the Scottish coach will be on our back room staff. Thankfully the England coach won't be.
