Yet another ccj in January although the day after we satisfied one from November.



Surely they cant all be Macron!!!!



Poor form by the club and people running it.

Its not a great advert for the club.



Lets hope it gets sorted and no more are set to follow.

Doesn't look good hopefully it will get sorted quickly we never seem to learn. I noticed cas has a ccj filed against them the other week too so we are not alone.

Same old, same old. Strange, I got slagged off on here by some not so long ago when I said we were skint again. As is said above, they surely can't all be macron claims. And in any case once a ccj is issued the court has already decided in the claiments favour, whether we dispute it or not. Taking it to a higher court is a very costly risk. Some kind of clarification would be nice though I doubt it will happen.

The ups and downs of being a Trin fan. Lets get this new stadium sorted ASAP that's whats needed once that's a certainty new investment/ business plans can follow

Yep i'm afraid Belle Vue bless it is now a millstone around our neck and is bleeding us dry. We really HAVE to be in Newmarket by the start of 2015.

It doesn't matter whether Cas, Bradford etc have 1 or 10, the simple fact is we keep lurching from one financial disaster to another without ever learning any lessons and just repeating the cycle. Absolutely gutted, i thought and hoped these days had gone, i guess not.

At the rate the club are running up CCJ's it makes you wonder if our business model can last till 2015.

I suppose that depends on whether its can't pay or won't pay.



Businesses will be put off from dealing with the club if this becomes the norm, well more normal than it already appears to be.

Certainly means getting credit is a no-no which as a young company is a worry. Other than the half a million loan from West Yorkshire Windows that is.

I hope thats not the policy, it would be madness to take that attitude. Refusing to pay gains nothing and only adds massive legal and court costs to the original debt.



Also if more debtors are waiting for payment they may see all this and not bother with the CCJ route and go direct to a winding up petition.

As usual, the silence from the club is deafening.
