Could of possibly picked up a knock this week in training? Don't really know to be honest. We have a bench full of forwards though.

Lee Smith at 6 didn't work early in season.

So why go back to it?

I'd put Mr T there let him have a free role to cause havoc.

He's played there before.

Really? A forward (Who had played in the 3/4s earlier in his career) at Stand Off? If you want him to have a free roll put him at Loose Forward but don't put a player who has only played 3-4? games to play at Stand Off and play off Tim Smith I don't see the point.. Atleast when Lee Smith plays there he has a sort of kicking game.

Really a 3/4 at stand off?

Whos already proved he's not a stand off.

What Kicking game?

He's kicked a few goals.

Personaly I'd have Wildie but as he's not even in the squad it's not an option.

My point being we need to try something different?

Because Lee Smith at 6 doesn't work.

Well Smith may not have done the best job there earlier in the season but he is more of a stand-off than Danny Washbrook or Tautai will ever be.

Can't believe that anybody would think putting Tautai there is a good idea. Even the worlds best sideline coach NGB4C would think that is crazy (wouldn't he??)

Looks like Cowling (or Lyne) in at centre and Smith at 6, Fordy looks to have it about right.

Assuming that Cowling gets a spot at centre, where does this leave Lyne ??

We do look woefully short of a kicking game

Mathers stand off, cowling on wing, cockayne to full back as a possible solution???

I'd rather have only one player playing out of position and two in what is their current and most accomplished position instead of playing three players out of position.



Can only see that Smith will switch to 6.
