Three games in ? staggering. Is he really a Trinity fan, he is a professional and as such I think like most of them his decisions about whose offer to accept re playing, assisting and coaching have very little to do with which team he supports.

Bizarre really, I'd challenge any coach to get much more out of that squad with the injuries they have. Very shortsighted considering the cup run last year, must have made them a few bob even though they were crushed in the final.

Well, we are always saying that we need to local talent to get involved in their home town club like in the past, DaveTopliss, the Fox brothers, currently the Kelly's or even the adopted, Demetrio, Morrison, Poaching etc. And I think he is a damn good coach and very unfortunate to be let go by HKR.

Quite ridiculous to sack a coach 3 games into a new season, especially with the injuries (and dodgy suspension) that they have over there.

Although I'm sure that bigger things are expected, with the money they have spent, this is just crazy.

After 3 games its very harsh and unjustified. I saw Chirs at a few Wakefield games last year and he came to the Con club after one of the games. He loves Wakefield and referred to them as "we" when he spoke. I like plenty of you did not think he was a fan. Is he from Stanley tho and did he play for Stanley Rangers as a youngster?

yes he did, pretty sure there is a couple of his shirts on the wall in the clubhouse.

I like that bit where he said we snatched a win in the last minute, snatched being the operative word when Sam Obst had the ball illegally nicked off him, poor as the floodlights were you couldn't fail not to see it. Lets hope they get Richard Agar in with Webbo as his assistant it's what the club and it's fans deserve.

How ridiculous! They've got half a team out for goodness sake. No coach in the world can do the business with half his regular team missing. Like others have said I hope they give it to Agar.
