I don't think he had many bad games. Its just when he was playing in the earlier part of the season the pack were very much second best against most opposition. His three cut out passes for Cockayne against the Farts showed what he is capable of. Still if he's not going to figure in Agar's plans for next season his non-fed spot should be better utilised.

To be honest, I think the Murphy rumur came from me.

I just mentioned something on one of the rumour pages that he doesn't seem to get many games and I'd be happy if we looked at getting him back.

Just an observation based on nothing really. It may have been mentioned before but it was picked up by a few as discussion then mentioned as proper rumour.

Looking at his choice of words, I'd say it's not too dissimilar to what was said before Mathers was announced. Therefore I'd say an existing player contract extension. Has Danny Kirmond got 1 or 2 years left?
