Jowitt is equally as good as Johnstone, albeit in a much more difficult position. To keep the wolves at bay, I'd certainly increase his wage (must be very minimal I would have thought) and tie him up for next 4 years. He will be an international if his development keeps up.

I like Bill, he is a bit different to the rest of our backs because he has a bit of extra size.
If he could develop his passing a bit then I think he could become a very good player for us.
