| Quote deeHell="deeHell"Try 3 under performing years at Hull on top of that! A familiar pattern follows his coaching career....the occasional impressive display heavily sandwiched between horrendous performances. We were mostly willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. Hoping that maybe there were issues beyond his control at Hull. When you look at his CV it's beyond belief that he can have such a long career in top flight rugby. With this new 3 year deal he would have earn't himself 8 years worth of coaching contracts in Super League. He must be a smooth talker to get them contracts, I guess he was a snake oil salesman in a previous life.'"
Job for the boys I suspect. There seems to be a merrigoround of players and coaches and administrators. I suspect that thy all pat each other's backs and look after each other, with the RFL at the top of the boy's club, with a nod here and a wink there. The Sky Commentators love to big players and coaches up when its unjustified too. No doubt Agar is a great coach in the panel's yes, though, as you say, his record is appalling. It is no longer a case of can we afford to sack him. It is a case of can we afford not to. Attendances will plummett more, games will be lost and we will go down if he stays, I have no doubt at all about that and the record of his time at Belle Vue clearly supports that view.

| Another experimental team selection. Another 40+ conceded. Crowd now chanting 'Agar out'.
That contract extension is looking more and more ridiculous with each defeat.

| Never wanted him, never been impressed by him, never been inspired by him.
Convince me otherwise in one reply. Go!

| As you are obviously struggling at the moment I thought it was time I gave you some basic advice on team selection and game management.
1.Select players in the positions they are most used to playing in eg Don' t play a full back on the wing they will not like it and will sulk for the full 80 minutes eg Mathers.
2.Select players who are in form and not because their name is Washbrook eg Danny Washbrook.
3.Select players who want to play for Wakefield and not just because they
a. Have an Australian accent eg Seijka
b.Are not wanted by anyone else eg Lyne
c.Have come to us because they thought their previous club was going to fold eg Scruton
3.Don't pick injured players even if they had a fantastic season last year and are the club captain eg Kirmond.
4.When you bring on a sub and they make a positive impact and get us back in to a game we were losing easily don't take them off again when they are still playing well eg Godinet Moore and Anakin
5.Don't demoralise our own products by never giving them a chance to establish themselves in the first team eg Wildie Walshaw etc etc etc
Could anyone possibly argue with this ?
The current squad is probaby not good enough to get in to the top eight but they do have a chance of avoiding relegation if they are not messed about and shoe commitment especially in one to one tackles.
