Now the likes of Sykes, Mathers, Lee Smith weren't world beaters, but for us they were very good at being vocal and leading us around the park. And we replaced them with BJB, Miller and Finn - the most spineless combination of pivots I've ever witnessed - and the includes the time when Tommy Lee was our main halfback.



And A Tupou aside, don't get me started on the forwards. Howarth I think is also one of the few who don't deserve to be branded with the rest of that shower.

I suppose the saving grace is Carter won't be tempted to go for the cheap option in Dickins.

With a bit of luck the players will lock themselves in the dressing and lose the chuffing key to get back out. Most of them dead wood and we are a total embarrassment.

I honestly feel embarrassed to be a Wakefield fan with how the players turn out. Again gutless defence, WTF do they actually do in training. Imagine turning up to work week in week out like these lads and clearly not giving a toss, I would be struck off. Really irrates me. Our team is not that poor to be getting drummed by St's by this much, just extremely poor attitude and motivation.

I've said it once and I'll say it again we deserved relegating last yr cos this is not fun and will only get worse . Think we need to take a step back to go forward whilst we still have fans to support the team

Think most on the forum are appalled by the efforts of the Trinity players tonight and not blinkered as you suggest. They probably didn't have a big enough clear out with the squad at the end of last season.....
