Did i on purpose. I was not a fan of his due to inconsistancy and the really poor short kick offs that gained us 2-5 yards. That said he was an important player in his time and scored some wicked solo tries with a short burst of pace catching opposition out.

LG it won't be an easy decision and as for "quality" support I have followed Wakefield home and away for forty years! so YES I have given quality support. If Jeffries is dropped out of the team for under performing then fair enough but that did not happen before , he just dished out the same drivel week after week and I don't think I can stand to see that again.

From a talent point of view definately not, but I honestly feel he lacks so called "bottle". He must be a coaches nightmare, here is a player with all the talent to win games and yet he seems reluctant to do this. He shovells the ball, seems reluctant to take on the line and when he does get in the clear is always looking round for support instead of going for the line. He seems terrified of being tackled. Over the years I have seen some great and some not so great players down at Wakefield but Jefferies is without doubt the most frustrating . I would rather see Grix at stand off, at least he gives 100% every game, I cannot cope with a player who you have know idea how he is going to play.

We have always had a revolving door policy at BV and always will as we are a small club. The team that almost got us relegated had some very good players in but we are far better now. Don't panic. It's easy to do so with all this speculation.

I'd like to see us keep Grix and let him try stand off, teh best stand offs are unpredictable, dont just ship the ball on, they try things,back up, pass, kick are not stereotype, and thats what Grix does when he has the chance,



then again all the best stand off's have a good organising scrum half with them.
