I must have missed something here. Explain how you can receive land as a loan against which to borrow and sell said land? It isn't their land, just like the land loan promised to us wouldn't be our land.

We are borrowing against said land, while they are in negotiations to sell their piece of land rather than borrow against it.

i am lead to believe, by a cas supporter, that the original deal with the builders has not been followed through, due to land price devaluation.

im sure someone, probably fully, can either confirm or dismiss this.

Nut sure but Ben Bailey remain keen to take up an option and Cas will be submitting planning application for The Jungle in New Year.

But they will not pay the £7m or £8m that was mentioned a while back. Like all land its now worth only a fraction of what it was worth at the peak of the housing market when they agreed the option.

Fully serious question but has the outline planning permission time frame run out now for Cas so you will have to start the whole process again?
